How do I get started?
  1. Contact us by email or send us an online request with a description of your assignment together with requirements.
  2. You will then get an email from MaskTask containing user ID and password for Login to our FTP-server.
  3. Upload your pictures to our server and we will go through the complexity of the images and send you a quotation by email.
  4. After you have approved our quotation, we will start processing your images immediately.
  5. Within 24 hours you can download the result to your computer from our FTP-server.

Note: We strive for long term cooperation with you, so once we know the nature of your tasks, we will set up a fix price system for your consecutively and / or bulk tasks. Then it's just for your employee to upload the images to our FTP server every time it has to be processed and we do the jobs automatically.

How do I use the Mask Task FTP server?

Once you have received the hostname, username and password from Mask Task, you can either use the login button on our website to access our server or for easier file management use the free FTP client software (*recommended).
Download for example FileZilla Client for Windows and Cyberduck or Transmit for Mac users. (Instructions will also be sent by e-mail from us)
There will be 2 folders to use at our FTP-server:
Upload & Task Completed - So you just drag the images over to the upload folder and we will send you an email when the job is done. The finished pictures can then be downloaded from the completed task folder. Job done!

Mask Task server is located in Silicon Valley, California and is a secure FTP SSL high-speed transfer server.
